  • "I started Pilates classes with Rachael last Fall for 6 weeks. I’d always been interested in doing Pilates, but when I tried, it was just “too hard” and I was afraid I would hurt myself so stopped. I also am not the type to go to a Pilates studio with everybody around me doing the exercises and me feeling out of place. So when I learned that Rachael would start teaching Pilates for certain areas, I decided to sign up and try it again. I was not disappointed! Rachael took the time to show you proper techniques and alternatives so you didn’t get hurt. And the best part is I left every class feeling so much better and energized! I would highly recommend her classes."

  • “Rachael gave me back my dignity and my mobility. Others said I should be happy with 80% range of motion but her knowledge and mix of modalities with PT has made all the difference."

    -Carol
  • "I am more than excited to remain a part of Rachael’s physical therapy treatments! She and I go back to 2017 and she’s seen me through a Variety of orthopedic issues and maladies. She is such a creative therapist, but has the professional experience that always makes a way for me to feel better while functioning to my best ability. One more thing that I found in Rachael—she has such a heart for what I’m dealing with. She “gets” me and there’s always a little bit more in her tank for me!"

    -Kitty H.
  • "Rachael Shoffner has been my PT providing physical therapy for lymphedema in my right arm and shoulder after several surgeries.
Her knowledge and exceptional care to relieve my pain and increase mobility as well as advice on daily living skills has improved my quality of life and has been extremely helpful."

    -Dorothy K.
  • "Rachel Shoffner is a skillful and intelligent practitioner. Her ability to assess and provide a variety of techniques and exercises has enabled me to gain great range of motion and use of my dominant arm and shoulder after chest surgeries. Just as important, she worked to develop a honest and trusting relationship to empower me to exercise at home. I gained confidence in my physical abilities to move forward in my life after a cancer diagnosis. I see her as a wonderful professional, an important part of my "care" team and friend."

    -Susan S.
  • "I am delighted to share my experience as a patient of Rachael Shoffner, Physical Therapist and owner of PT Resilience. As a two-time metastatic breast cancer survivor, finding a healthcare professional who not only possesses extensive knowledge but also genuinely cares about my well-being has been instrumental in my journey towards a better quality of life."

    -Tami J.
  • "Rachael – I’ll just put down several thoughts. You can use it as a whole or break it into segments as you see fit. You can cut and paste it into various pieces.
I’ll soon turn 70 and am working my way toward retiring from working 12-hour nursing shifts and am currently down to one 12-hour shift a week. I had hopes that walking several miles a day in my nursing shift would help me be strong, but I was having several issues. And so, I wanted to take time to work on myself to get stronger, more flexible, and improve several aspects of my body."
